We visited here as most restaurants are full on dinner time. We entered the room and asked for a private room. They said there are min. charges of IDR 600K to use the room. We are guided to our room. The room is tatami style and we ordered: - Chirashi Sushi Teishoku Really great and plump cut of fresh fish (salmon, tuna) and squid. - Saba Shioyaki Best grilled mackerel so far. The fish is so sweet without any seasoning! Incredible. - Grilled Unagi The unagi portion is big with the light soy sauce on top, it was delicious. Would recommend this for a proper Japanese food in the area.

Authentic Japanese style restaurant. We spent around 250K/ pax. We ordered some appetizers and a set menu for our main course. I would say the portion is very generous untill we could not eat our rice because we felt so full. We sat in a tatami table , we felt like in Japan inside the restaurant. The taste of food is 7/10 . Overalls I would recommend this place for a dinner / lunch meeting . More private in a room .

Ordered chicken nanban for a quick lunch. It tastes just right, the crunchiness of the outer layer crisps, the tenderness of the chicken meat, the consistency of the tartar sauce, the salad the pickles and the miso soup all add to the good balance of the dish. The place is also japanese expats-approved apparently so will definitely try other menus next time

Nice ambience, comfortable for long talks with friends family and lovers, good food and drink, i order fried squid, it was not chewy with the perfect juiciness, clam soup broth had the right amount of umami! Chicken was juicy inside crunchy skin outside, perfect sweetness, abit too salty for me but they say its supposedly salty so u drink more and well it does pair perfectly well with my drink! So overall i love the place, just a bit hard to find parking if its weekend nights, nut it was worthhh the effort haha the workers told me the resto has been running for 15+ years, surely they have good food if they can survive the pas pandemic and crisis and it is indeed a delicious one! Will definitely be coming back!! Oh also love the coffee jelly dessert perfect balance of coffee bitterness and sweet form the sugar

It's a great place for a proper Japanese food to share with friends and family. They have tatami style rooms which can be extended to bigger size rooms. The interior is decorated with blossoms, which add to the atmosphere. We had various dishes including fish that is authentic imported from Japan. Everything was delicious; well recommended!

This is my favorite, my go-to Japanese restaurant in Blok M. My friend and I noticed the door one day and decided to walk in. I have went back more than 5 times ever since. Some of the menus that keeps me going back are: the salmon head, the chicken karaage, the salmon onigiri, and the small clam soup. Simple but so warm and filling after a long day. I have also tried the curry rice which was also tasty. I've came here during lunch, dinner and both during weekdays and weekends. Even during the peak hours, the layouts make it bearable as it is quite distanced from one table to another. The service has also been impeccable. Will keep coming back and run my mouth to my friends in search of satisfying Japanese restaurant.

Friendly service, good food, and a comfy place. They have the nice combo for me to visit it regularly… except for the location. The location is in a chaotic district where vehicles, traffics, motor parking, sidewalks, poor street lights, all mashed together (mind me I came on saturday night). I'll definitely become their regular customer when/if they open a branch in a more civilized area.
